We are committed to Total Quality Management, & have a Human Resource Quality Control Program in place to ensure a high-quality selection of seafarers and adhere to the mandatory regulations put up by DG Shipping, India and International Maritime Organisation and now MLC 2006, assuring that our seafarers meet all necessary legal documents, knowledge, experience and expertise.

It has been our policy to pursue continuous professional development of our pool of seafarers by investing in their training, technical upgrading & work value information. This includes the mandatory courses of IMO, notably the STCW (Standard of Training on Certification & Watch – Keeping) & Safety Programs. We also prepare our team of candidates for existing & future challenges on the job by motivating them to participate in advanced training courses at various training centres.

With our manning, management, cruise experience for the last Thirteen years, we ensure our capability to make offers, within your budget. A Manning Agreement can be arranged, wherein we will supply the needed seafarers complement on a “per vessel” basis or a per seafarers per month basis, depending upon requirements.
